These terms are an agreement between you and n1 Circle ("n1 Circle", "we", "us"). They apply to the n1 Circle website, apps and services (together, "the platform"). By using the platform you agree to these terms. If you create an account, you also confirm that you have read our Privacy Policy and will follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the platform.
1. What n1 Circle is — and what it is not
n1 Circle is a community, knowledge base, toolset and personal manager for people interested in peptide research. It provides educational reference material, transparent calculators, private tracking tools and a moderated community.
n1 Circle is not a medical service. Nothing on the platform is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. We do not recommend compounds, doses, protocols, stacks or suppliers, and we never will. Content on the platform — including reference articles, community posts and AI-generated summaries — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Many compounds discussed on the platform are experimental, unapproved for human use, or approved only for specific conditions. Decisions about your health belong with you and a qualified health professional.
The calculators perform arithmetic on values you type. They never suggest, pre-fill or recommend an amount. Their output describes the mathematical result of your own inputs, nothing more.
We sell no substances, and the platform may not be used to buy, sell or source any.
Verification confirms identity, not expertise. A verified badge means an identity check was completed. It is never a claim of product quality, professional standing or medical qualification, by us or by the member.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm your age, and we record that confirmation. We remove accounts that we reasonably believe belong to anyone under 18.
3. Accounts
You sign in with one-time codes sent to your email address — there are no passwords. Your email account is therefore the key to your n1 Circle account: keep it secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your account details accurate, and maintain only one account per person.
4. Membership, prices and billing
The platform has the following tiers. Prices are in US dollars and may change; if a price changes, we will give you notice before it affects an existing subscription.
•
Guest — free. Browse the reference library, use the calculators, and read public community content without an account.
•
Standard member — $5 per month. Adds private tracking (protocols, logs, inventory, progress, journal), posting and participation, saving and badges.
•
Verified member — $10 per month, plus a one-off $7.50 identity-check fee. Adds the verified-only community spaces, direct messages, the verified members page and the verified badge.
•
AI assistant — an optional add-on for verified members: $12 per month, or $9 per month billed annually. Includes a fair-use allowance; additional usage can be purchased as credit top-ups.
Referral codes. A valid referral code entered at checkout may reduce the prices above. Discounts apply for as long as the subscription remains active and the code's terms allow.
Billing. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically through our payment processor until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires otherwise.
The identity-check fee covers a check performed by our verification provider. It is non-refundable once the check has been performed, including if the check does not result in verification.
AI credit top-ups are added to your account balance, carry forward between billing periods, and are non-transferable. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable except where the law requires.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded by agreement.
5. Identity verification
Verification is optional and available to members who choose it. The check — identity document, liveness and face match — is performed by a specialist third-party provider. We receive and store only a reference and the outcome of the check. We never receive or store your identity documents or biometric data. See the Privacy Policy for detail. We may revoke verification if we reasonably believe it was obtained fraudulently or the account is being misused.
6. Your content
You own the content you create on the platform. By posting, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and distribute that content — but only within the audience you chose for it (public, or verified-only) and as needed to operate the platform. You can edit or delete your content, subject to the moderation and record-keeping described below.
Your private tracking data — protocols, logs, measurements, photos and journal entries — is not community content. It stays private to your account unless you deliberately share a specific item through the sharing flow, which creates a separate copy with location and device metadata removed and shows you exactly what will be visible before you post.
"Verified-only" is restricted visibility, not confidentiality: other verified members can see, and could copy, what you share there. Share accordingly.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
7. Community and moderation
The community operates under the Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content, lock threads, restrict features, suspend or ban accounts to enforce it, and we use a combination of automated screening and human moderation to do so. Members cannot alter moderation decisions on their own content. If you believe a moderation decision was wrong, contact hello@n1circle.com and we will review it. We keep moderation records, including records relating to removed content and actioned accounts, as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. The AI assistant
The AI assistant organises, retrieves and summarises — research material with citations, community threads, and (with your explicit consent) your own records. It is designed to refuse requests for dose recommendations, protocol or stack design, diagnosis, and sourcing, and those refusals are enforced by the platform, not just by the model.
AI output can be incomplete or wrong. It is not medical advice, and it should not be treated as a source of truth — check the citations it provides. Your use of the assistant is subject to fair-use limits and the credit system described in section 4.
9. Acceptable use of the platform itself
You agree not to: probe, disrupt or overload the platform; access data or accounts you are not authorised to access; scrape or bulk-collect content or member data; use automated agents to interact with the platform without our written consent; resell or commercially exploit the platform or its content; or attempt to circumvent audience restrictions, rate limits or feature gates.
10. Third-party content and links
Reference material links to published research and other external sources. We do not control and are not responsible for external sites, and linking is not endorsement.
11. Ending your account
By you: you can delete your account at any time in settings. Deletion removes you from the platform immediately and permanently deletes your data after a short grace window, as described in the Privacy Policy.
By us: we may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, where we reasonably believe the account presents a risk to other members or the platform, or where the law requires. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including sections 6, 7, 12 and 13 — survive it.
12. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that content — including community content and AI output — is accurate or complete, or that any compound discussed on the platform is safe, effective or lawful to use.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform; and our total liability for all claims relating to the platform is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits rights consumer law gives you.
You are solely responsible for decisions you make about substances, and for compliance with the laws that apply to you.
14. Changes
We may change the platform — including adding, altering or removing features — and may disable features temporarily for safety or operational reasons. We may update these terms; if a change is material, we will notify members in advance through the platform or by email. Continuing to use the platform after a change takes effect means you accept it.
15. Contact
